WEXFORD, Pa. – Apr. 8, 2025 – The Pittsburgh North Regional Chamber of Commerce (PNRC) is excited to announce their 2025 Community Partnership with Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield and Allegheny Health Network (AHN).
This substantial partnership, which is now entering its 11th year, provides financial support to three (3) PNRC Signature Events. This year, AHN Wexford Hospital/Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield shall be named Presenting Sponsors: the 2025 PNRC Annual Awards Gala Thursday, May 8; the 2025 Cranberry Town Square Market Fridays June through August; and the 2025 Health and Wellness Fair Thursday, November 6.
Additionally, AHN Wexford/Highmark shall be recognized as a Gold Sponsor of the Chamber’s annual Giving Tree Celebration, organized annually by its Community Outreach Committee.

Highmark and AHN have graciously supported the Pittsburgh North Regional Chamber and our mission for over a decade as the Presenting Sponsor for our Annual Meeting/Gala, Town Square Market, Health and Wellness Fair and our Giving Tree Celebration.”
The Annual Awards Gala, held at the Courtyard by Marriott Pittsburgh North, recognizes the winners of the PNRC’s six (6) annual awards: the Distinguished Business Award, the Prestigious Business Leader Award, the Women’s Leadership Excellence Award, the Bruce Conley Outstanding Volunteer Service of the Year Award, the Young Professional Award and the Nonprofit Excellence Award. Winners by membership vote are announced at the banquet, which features a cocktail reception and dinner prior to the awards ceremony.
The reimagined, rebranded Cranberry Town Square Market, formerly known as the Cranberry Township Farmer’s Market, is held seasonally on the Armstrong Great Lawn at the Cranberry Township Municipal Center. The market creates a unique opportunity for businesses to sell locally sourced products to residents of the Pittsburgh North region against the backdrop of special events and musical entertainment.
The Health and Wellness Fair, held at the Pine Township Community Center, offers healthy living and lifestyle information from a variety of community vendors. This free event is both educational and interactive.
The Giving Tree program enables the PNRC to collect holiday gifts for needy individuals and families each November and December. Instructional gift tags are made by the Chamber’s Outreach Committee and distributed to local businesses, whose patrons then purchase the desired gifts. For the past ten years, AHN has partnered with the Chamber on this program, which collected over 1,100 gifts for 16 nonprofits, with the help of 24 “Ambassador” locations, in 2024.
The contributions of AHN/Highmark allow the Chamber to continue such important community programs as its Women’s Leadership Roundtable, Nonprofits North and its educational offerings throughout the year.
