FREE Admission and Open to the Public
Do you dream in technicolor icing, sweet sugary treats and spicy gingerbread? Don’t wait to be chosen for the Holiday Baking Championship, enter your fabulous creation in our Gingerbread House Competition.
All are welcome to participate in the contest – friends, families, teammates, co-workers, or just recruit the creative one in the family! Display your talent by baking, designing, constructing, and decorating your house out of gingerbread.
All submissions must be physically present by 4:30pm on Saturday, Dec. 4th for display in the School House at the Holiday Village Market where voting will take place from 5-7:30pm.

We know him!
The Pittsburgh North Regional Chamber is spreading the word about the Letters to Santa Drop Off location. Now through December 4th, you can craft the perfect letter to Santa with all of your Holiday wishes and drop it off at the Polar Express Letters to Santa mailbox at the Holiday Village Market! Our dedicated volunteer elves will collect the letters that are deposited in the large red mailbox at the Holiday Village Market and make sure they get safely to the North Pole- straight to Santa!
With less than two months until Christmas, it’s time to start jotting down those gift ideas for ole’ Saint Nick. If you’re not sure where to take your letters to Santa this year to assure they get to the North Pole and into the right hands, the Holiday Village Market has you covered.

Holiday Libation Station
Everyone loves a festive cocktail! Spiked hot chocolate with peppermint schnapps or a warm cider paired with just the right amount of spirits from your favorite local distillery – sounds like just what the Christmas spirit needs on a chilly night! Included at the market will be our Giving Tree presented by Allegheny Health Network. The Giving Tree provides local non-profits the opportunity to make Christmas wishes come true for the people they serve all year long. A record thirteen nonprofits are participating this year.
