The Pittsburgh North Regional Chamber recognizes the invaluable work and contributions of young professionals to the community at-large. The PNRC’s HYPE Committee creates a platform to attract, retain and advance tomorrow’s leaders today in the Pittsburgh North region.

HYPE is designed to support the growth and involvement of talented young professionals by creating business opportunities, supporting community involvement and fostering an overall investment in the future of our region.

The committee serves to connect the region’s young professionals in social settings to help build relationships and grow their networks. HYPE provides young professionals with the tools, the information and the hands-on experience to guide the next generation of leaders.

The committee is based on four pillars of success:

1. Networking

The PNRC is located in a thriving and rapidly growing area. With 800+ members, there are countless opportunities to build and expand your network. HYPE will bring together young professionals with the most powerful network of business leaders in the Pittsburgh North region.

2. Mentoring

In addition to providing the more traditional Chamber benefits, the PNRC is excited to be at the forefront of education and workforce development in our region. With our Educational Stakeholder program, we strive to develop partnerships with numerous schools in western Pennsylvania.

Partner schools offer their students and young professionals PNRC membership to provide invaluable benefits including guidance, mentorship and the opportunity to enhance and refine their soft skills in the business community.

3. Philanthropy

The PNRC supports the initiatives and causes of local nonprofit organizations. HYPE will take an active role in fostering goodwill and focusing on service to give back within our regional footprint.

4. Leadership

In cooperation with the Chamber, HYPE fosters the next generation of business leaders. Members of HYPE will invest in their futures by participating in professional development opportunities.
